Rosemary Nectarine Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 nectarine, pitted and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Rosemary Nectarine Whiskey Sour:
- Ice
- 1 oz rosemary nectarine simple syrup
- 2 oz whiskey
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Soda water, optional
Simple Syrup:
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the sugar, water, nectarine, and rosemary sprigs.
