Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Classic horseradish sauce is the perfect accompaniment to beef, whether it's steak, tenderloin, prime rib, or even sandwiches.
1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp prepared horseradish, drained 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp finely chopped chives 1 tsp white vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Stir it all up!
