– 1/2 cup sour cream – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp prepared horseradish, drained – 1 tbsp dijon mustard – 1 tbsp finely chopped chives – 1 tsp white vinegar – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper



Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.

For best results, let sit, covered, for 30 minutes.
