These cookies have no chill - literally! They're thick and chewy, and most importantly, full of white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. A perfect addition to your holiday cookie spread. And you can bake them right away!
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon spiced rum
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar for 4-5 minutes. Beat in the egg and rum, and best for an additional 3 minutes.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 375 degree F oven. For best results, take them out while they are still light in color.
