- 4 slice Rustik Oven Artisan White Bread
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 tsp honey
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- 4 blood orange
- Butter each side of the bread slices liberally. Heat a heavy bottomed skillet (like cast iron) over medium heat. Griddle the bread on each side until golden brown.
- Mix together the ricotta, honey, and mint in a small bowl.
- Cut the orange into thin slices and slice off the rind.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the toasts and top with the orange slices.
