Blood Orange and Mint Ricotta Toast

  • 4 slice Rustik Oven Artisan White Bread
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • 4 blood orange


  1. Butter each side of the bread slices liberally. Heat a heavy bottomed skillet (like cast iron) over medium heat. Griddle the bread on each side until golden brown.
  2. Mix together the ricotta, honey, and mint in a small bowl. 
  3. Cut the orange into thin slices and slice off the rind.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture over the toasts and top with the orange slices.
