Spicy Tuna Poke Bowls

  • 1 pound ahi tuna, previously frozen
  • ¼ cup sriracha mayo
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • ½ cup julienned carrots
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup pickled sushi ginger
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (sesame seeds are fine also)
  • 2 tbsp diced green onion
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  1. Cut tuna into 1 inch chunks. Add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together sriracha mayo, soy saucce, and wasabi paste. Pour over tuna and toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. When ready, divide rice into four bowls. Top evenly with tuna, cucumbers, carrots, and pickled ginger. Garnish with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and green onions.
