  • 1 box of macaroni and cheese, such as Kraft
  • ½ cup low fat, small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon 1% milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
  2. Stir in the powdered cheese, cottage cheese, milk, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the broccoli and stir until evenly distributed. Enjoy!
